Been assisting and accommodating lots of rebookings and inquiries from our own clients but mostly from other clients who booked online.

In times of CRISIS or EMERGENCIES or unexpected bad situation during travel, the traditional TRAVEL AGENCY STANDS OUT because we know what to do or advice to the client on how they can go back to their home town or country such as rerouting, rebooking etc.

Sad truth that ONLINE BOOKINGS cannot help them on what to do specially on panic mode but TRAVEL AGENCY can guide and work for them with ease because of our technical know how. We make our clients worry or stress free. We work beyond office hour. We comfort them on their panic mode because they cannot rebook or purchase ticket (due to technical problem on credit card payment, no available slot, internet connections etc.) and most of all they have SOMEONE TO TALK TO and WE HAVE PERSONAL TOUCH.

We do not know what will happen to us around the world while we are travelling. HUMAN TOUCH still the best.

There will be no income for TRAVEL AGENCIES for a month or so. Do you think those effort that we do, don't deserve to be patronized from online? And take note that online booking has no best rate all the time.

We also help the government and the economy by paying taxes that online doesn't. To those who are patronizing Travel Agent/Travel Agency, thank you so much!

Para sa mga apektado o cancelled ang flights.

Q: Ano ang rebooking?
A: Ang rebooking po ay pagpapalit ng date ng flight natin. Free po ito pra sa mga nakanselang flight ng mismong airlines dahil sa Covid-19.

Q: Ano ang travel fund?
A: Ang travel fund po ay ang perang nasa airlines na pwede nating magamit para sa susunod na travel. (Best option)

Q: Ano ang refund?
A: Ang refund po ay ang pagbawi ng pera sa airlines pro kailan po nating maghihintay ng dalawa hanggang tatlong buwan bago maibalik. Kung nagmamadali po kayo p**i contact na lang po direct ang airlines. Hnd ko ito nirerekominda sa inyo lalo na sa mga hnd marunong maghintay😒✌🤭

Kung wala pa po kaming notice sa inyo ibig sabihin hnd pa nacancel ang flight. Wait lng tayo mga Bes😉

Yung may notice na po, pm nyo po ako kung ano ang gusto niyo at yun ang masusunod pro pag isipan po ninyo mabuti (huwag tumawag o video call Pls...) pwd rin po na kayo na mismo ang magprocess online sa site ng airline para mas mabilis po😊

Walang may gusto po sa mga nangyayari ngayon at hnd lang po tayo ang apektado kundi ang buong mundo.
