Cancelled Flights Due to Typhoon Julian
As of September 29, 2024; 6:00 PM

Due to the forecasted impact of Typhoon Julian (International name: Krathon) on flight operations, Cebu Pacific has cancelled the following flights scheduled on September 30, 2024:

5J 196/197: Manila – Cauayan – Manila
5J 504/505: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
5J 506/507: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and a travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from Laoag, Kaohsiung, and Taipei from September 30 to October 2, 2024; and to and from Cauayan and Tuguegarao from October 1 to 2, 2024. They may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.

For other questions or concerns, passengers may send a message via Charlie the virtual assistant on the Cebu Pacific website, or through CEB’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts.

We appeal for your patience and understanding as we work towards normalizing our operations as soon as possible.
