Weโre pleased to announce that another group of our clients has successfully completed their Shariโa Divorce process. Their records have now been officially updated in Court and Local civil Registrar where their marriage was registered and reflected at the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA). 1. ๐๐ผ๐๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐พ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐พ๐ JM TRAVEL & TOURS - DOCUMENTS SERVICES provides facilitation and documentation assistance to clients in relation to Shariโa Court proceedings, including but not limited to Shariโa Divorce, conversion documentation, and other related civil processes.
Our primary function is to assist clients in preparing, organizing, and coordinating the necessary documentary requirements for lawful and efficient processing. We expressly emphasize that JM TRAVEL & TOURS - DOCUMENTS SERVICES is not a law firm, and our services do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or advocacy before any court, tribunal, or government institution. All legal filings, appearances, and final judgments are exclusively handled by duly licensed Shariโa lawyers and authorized officers under Philippine law.

Our role is strictly limited to non-legal administrative facilitation, which includes:
โข Guiding clients on the preparation and completion of documentary requirements;
โข Coordinating with authorized Shariโa lawyers and recognized court offices;
โข Assisting in the communication, submission, and tracking of documents;
โข Providing regular updates to ensure smooth and transparent processing.
We do not conduct, declare, or issue divorce decrees ourselves. All final decisions, decrees, and certifications are rendered solely by the Shariโa Circuit Court in accordance with the Code of Muslim Personal Laws of the Philippines (Presidential Decree No. 1083).

All payments made to JM TRAVEL & TOURS - DOCUMENTS SERVICES correspond solely to processing,
coordination, and facilitation services. Official legal fees, if applicable, shall be settled directly with the Shariโa lawyer or the concerned court. Upon request, clients shall receive receipts, coordination proof, and status updates to ensure accountability and transparency throughout the process.
The company upholds full integrity in financial dealings and guarantees that all transactions are handled professionally and transparently.

JM TRAVEL & TOURS - DOCUMENTS SERVICES does not act, claim, or present itself as a legal representative, ustadz, or counsel of the Shariโa Court. Any form of legal interpretation, argumentation, or representation before the court may only be performed by licensed Shariโa lawyers duly accredited by the Supreme Court of the Philippines. Our services are purely administrative and documentary in nature

JM TRAVEL & TOURS - DOCUMENTS SERVICES shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays, denials, or legal consequences arising from incomplete, falsified, or inconsistent submissions, nor for actions beyond our administrative control, such as court delays or policy changes.
