To get to the condo, From SM san jose or Paradise you can hire a tricycle and tell the driver to go to amaia steps altaraza condominium.

*Guest can use the pool for a fee

-No Smoking inside the unit
-Please turn off Aircon when you go out
-No illegal substance
-Quite hours 10pm-7am
-Cooking is allowed but avoid smelly foods
-Wash your dishes
-No unregistered guest or visitors allowed
-Alert us immediately if anything breaks or Malfunction so we can fix it right away for you and the next guests
-Please don't take away anything in the house for souvenir.
-Respect neighbors and don't make indescent behaviors that could catch neighbors attention. Just feel at home.
-Please take good care of yourselves during your whole stay. The host are not responsible for any injury and accidents of guests during their stay.
