This coral once served as the anchor for a boat 😔. It's so sad that many fishermen don’t realize that corals are living animals, not just stones. Instead of caring for these delicate creatures, they often just anchor their boats anywhere they see fit, damaging these vital parts of our marine ecosystem. We need to remember: corals are alive, and they deserve our respect and protection..

She joined our introductory freediving session because she was once drowned at the age of 6, and she wanted to conquer her fears in the water. Look at how she overcame it😍😍😍 Her courage is truly admirable.

Her story reminds us that it's never too late to face and conquer our fears. Freediving isn't just about depth, there's no age limit. It's about overcoming the fears that hold us back in life.

She took that first step, and next time, we'll help her master proper duck dives. For now, she's no longer afraid in the water. Her bravery is more than enough for someone who once battled a phobia.

From running to freediving, who would have thought? When she won the 1st Fun Run hosted by Running Mangyan freediving was one of her prizes. Mangyan Outdoors & Freedivers sponsored her, she had claimed her free dive right here at Mangyan Outdoors & Freedivers. Turns out, crossing the finish line wasn’t just about the race, it was about diving into depths!
