Guest requirements during GCQ here in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. We only accept guests 15-65yrs of age, pregnant are prohibited. Guest can be from Mgcq or Gcq area Ncr.
1. Confirmed reservation from hotel/resort/homestay
2. Health declaration form per pax should be printed & signed before going to Municipal Tourism Office (Mto)
3. Photocopy Valid id per pax
4. Medical certificate or swab, rapid or antigen test per pax (if with valid lab test no need for med cert, or if w/ med cert no need for lab test)(if you’re having a problem on a medical certificate i can also assist on getting a med cert, we have a doctor that can give med cert thru telemedicine w/ a Professional Fee of P250each only per Med cert)
5. Referral slip from MTO
6. Ecological fee payment P20/pax resort copy to be given to R Retreat
Swab test 14days valid
Rapid & antigen test 3days valid
Med cert 3days valid from date of issuance!
We are currently on a GCQ area, R Retreat can only accomodate 50% capacity max of 6pax per villa this is in accordance with the National/Local Iatf guidelines, Our rental fee is P6k per night!
