We develop projects that are beyond ordinary including middle and high rise condominium buildings in San Juan City, namely: the First Baron Residences, The Baron's Place, Baron 3 Gardens, and the soon to rise Baron Tower on Wilson Street, designed by Budji Layug & Royal Pineda, one of the
best architectural and design firms in the world. In addition to this, we have also developed projects in Quezon City, namely: Centro Residences, and the soon to rise Centro Tower, a serviced hotel apartment concept in collaboration with Hi! (Hospitality Innovators, Inc.) most known for spearheading the massively successful serviced-apartment concept in the country. We have a number of projects in the pipeline that includes new and exciting condominium concepts in Metro Manila as well as subdivision projects in Davao, Iloilo, and CDO, among others. The unique aspect about our project portfolio is the drive to provide residential spaces that are different from each other and beyond what the competitive market has. With each new offering, we strive to create innovation in terms of quality and design, leaving a certain kind of uniqueness to edge our projects above the rest.
