📌 RESERVATION & TOUR POLICY 📌
➡Full Payment upon Meet up unless cancelled due to fortuitous events, weather and Calamities.
➡We have the right to cancel or reschedule the tour if the number of participants did not met.
➡Backout or Cancellation due to whatever reason 5 days prior to travel date. Guest must pay the whole amount as agreed on the reservation.
➡Call time should be strictly followed.
➡Baggage Policy: Small size Bag and Medium size Bag only. Trolley-type baggage are NOT allowed.
➡Organizers are not liable for any lost or damages of your valuables.
➡Rescheduling travel date will pay 10% per head as penalty.
➡Bookings can only be rebook ONCE.
➡Booking payment is NON REFUNDABLE.
➡ Itinerary is subject to change depending on the weather condition, tides, cooperation and management of the group.
