Effective February 6, 2022, narito ang latest updates on TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS specifically for those passengers bound to ROXAS.

Ang mga impormasyong ito ay ayon sa mga requirements na inilabas ng local government unit (LGU) ng nasabing destination.

Additional notes:

- Please be informed that FULLY VACCINATED passengers bound to Roxas will no longer be required of the negative RT-PCR test result prior to boarding, effective immediately.

- Negative RT-PCR test result taken not later than 72 hours prior to time of travel, will still be required for Unvaccinated or Partially vaccinated passengers.

80% of 2GO destinations - wala nang RT-PCR results na kailangan para bisitahin at uwian! That's 12 destinations out of 14!

As of today, February 7, 2022, narito ang mga destinations na tumatanggap na ng Vaccination Cards or Certificates instead of RT-PCR test results:

- Bacolod City
- Batangas
- Cagayan de Oro
- Caticlan
- Cebu Province
- Cebu City
- Dumaguete
- Iloilo City
- Manila
- Ozamiz
- Puerto Princesa
- Roxas
- Tagbilaran

Narito naman ang mga ports na required ang test before boarding:

Bacolod City - Antigen before boarding

Puerto Princesa - Antigen before boarding

Butuan City - RT-PCR before boarding

Iloilo Province - RT-PCR before boarding

Zamboanga - RT-PCR before boarding

IMPORTANT ADVISORY

ALL airport passengers MUST download and register an account in the TRAZE Contact Tracing App beginning 28 November 2020, prior entering the airport.

How to register? Just these simple steps:

• Download the TRAZE App from your mobile store and install it on your phone
• Open the app and click the “Register” button below. Register as “Individual.”
• Just follow the instructions indicated in the app and input the needed information
• Activate your account

Meanwhile, for passengers who do not have mobile phones or any other mobile gadget, they may go to the Malasakit Helpdesk at the airport where they will be provided assistance in getting a unique QR code. Or, they may likewise ask a family member to register them with the app.

The QR code can be used at any DOTr Office nationwide.

TRAZE, a nationwide and unified contact tracing app is co-developed by the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) and Cosmotech Philippines, Inc., which enables the government’s contact tracing efforts to be strengthened and be more efficient.

With TRAZE, the contact tracing process can now be done in just a few minutes, unlike the usual and manual process. Not only that—you can also be assured that your data is safe and secured, as the app fully complies with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) or Republic Act No. 10173. Further, it does not use bluetooth or GPS, and it works well even with slow mobile data and WiFi!

Para po sa ating mga kababayan na kukuha ng Medical Clearance Certificate para sa:

1. MEDICAL CLEARANCE FOR TRAVEL
2. PHYSICALLY FIT TO WORK/ TRAVEL

ay mula Lunes-Biyernes lamang po simula alas-8 ng umaga hanggang alas-5 ng hapon sa Out Patient Department (OPD) ng ating Amante Hospital.

Mga Tagubilin:

1. Ang pagbibigay ng numero ay first come, first serve para sa unang 100 sa umaga at 100 sa hapon

2. Maaari din kumuha ng Physically Fit Certificate mula sa ibang doktor na nakasaad ang contact number at license # ng doktor para sa beripikasyon para makakuha ng medical clearance to travel mula sa CHO.

MAHALAGANG PAALALA: Ang pagkuha po ng certificate ay na-aayon sa schedule ng inyong barangay sa paglabas.
