Advisory:Please be aware that there are a number of travel agencies purporting to be a wholesaler so they give a damn low low price. Newbie travel agencies are victims as well. Normally we look for cheapest travel but pls make sure they are legal entities ,how? request for business permit (Mayor's and BIR),DTI is not the best document as it only reflects the business name,some entities do not pursue securing the business permit and BIR for one reason or another.
If they can not provide then don't deal with them . Note that it is impossible to offer tours way below the general average of legal travel agencies because airfares are fixed by airline companies and we have no control over it,we can only give if there are promos exclusive to agencies or open to public on certain periods, so we can not reduce the price at will, land tours generally do not differ much in cost from one travel agency to another because if they do so they will run their business at a loss. Though we can give discounts up to so much only (such as repeat customers) .Ask for receipt.
These fake agencies will either provide you with fabricated etickets which when you present to airport check in counters it will be rejected..after you receive an eticket,verify using the "PNR #" indicated.
Or they will simply resist providing one and keeps on delaying it.

Be thrift but we wise! Do not settle for less and get nothing in the end..
