Day 1
ARRIVAL IN HONG KONG (No Meals)
Arrive in Hong Kong International Airport. Proceed to the designated meeting area and transfer to hotel to check in. Enjoy free time on own leisure. Over night at the hotel.
Day 2
HONG KONG CITY & OCEAN PARK TOUR (B)
After hotel breakfast, start compulsory half day Hong Kong city tour to visit Victoria Harbour front for picture taking, Jewelry Workshop and Souvenir Store. Afterwards, proceed to Ocean Park and enjoy free time on own leisure.
Note:
*The guests must join the city tour to be able to join the FREE Ocean Park tour. Whenever pax did not join the compulsory city tour, Ocean Park tour will be automatically forfeited and no refund will be made.
Day 3
DEPART HONG KONG (B)
After hotel breakfast, enjoy free time until check out from hotel and transfer to Hong Kong International Airport.

This package is applicable for minimum of two (02) adults traveling together.
Child Policy: Infant - 2 years old and below; 3-11 years old - child; 12 years old and above - adult.
Extra bed/triple room is subject to availability upon booking.
Rates are NOT applicable during peak & blackout period.
Observe ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE during blackout, high and peak days.
On-day or last minute flight details/changes notice will no longer be considered. Guests will be advised to transfer on their own arrangement.
For guests with early arrival or departure (between 2200 hrs to 0900 hrs), they are required to transfer to hotel/airport on their own.
No refund will be extended for any unused services or tickets.
For the pax who cannot pass the immigration in the International airport, the tour fare is non-rebookable, non-transferable & non-refundable.
No seat in coach available for the flight landed after 2130 hrs or between 2200 hrs to 0700 hrs. In the event of flight delay arriving after 2130 hrs or failure to arrive on the designated post at 2130pm sharp, passengers are required to make their own way going to hotel.
Airport and hotel transfer service is on "seat in coach" basis. Guests have to wait for maximum of 45-60 minutes for the coach depending on the situation that day.
Waiting time for arrival transfer is strictly 01 hour after the flight landed. Failure to show up in the designated post, pax need to go to the hotel on their own arrangement and no refund for the transfer fee. Waiting time for tours/transfers is strictly 15 mins. only.
Only one (1) piece of luggage (standard size) per payable passenger. Exceeded luggage is charged at HKD 25 per piece per way & subject to availability of space on the coach. Driver has absolutely the right to reject any oversized or exceeded luggage.
Hotel standard check in time is at 1400 hrs and standard check out time is 1200 hrs. Late checkout is subject to room availability but not later than 1400 hrs. Late checkouts will automatic charge one more night.
All rates are based on the lowest category of rooms. Additional charge shall be collected for room upgrade request.
In case of non-availability of the preferred hotel, similar category will be offered.
Please be reminded that sneak in (without bed) are not allowed as a standard rule, so sneak in person should refrain from proceeding to the front desk, upon check-in. Just present the passport of the lead name in the booking, no need to show the tour voucher. Failure to comply will client's own risk for charges incur.
This is for FIT (Frequent Individual Travelers) booking only. All transfers and tours are on seat in coach basis.
Strictly for do all tours and transfers together (same date and flight). If there is some of them arrival/departure and do any tours different from the group, an additional charge for transfer and/or any fee shall apply.

Package is applicable for Philippine passport holders only with valid visa (if required). All foreign passport holders will incur a surcharge of USD 30 per person. Failure to advise/inform us upon finalization of the booking, it will be automatically charged to the account of the agent. We cannot collect directly from the pax, it is your responsibility to inform them of such.
Please ensure that passport(s) have at least six (6) months validity from the date of travel. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that they have the valid travel documents including applicable visa if required.
In case of force majeure eg. Emergency, accident, storm, rally, typhoon etc. which are beyond our control, VIA Philippines will not be liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by the hotel and other suppliers.
As an international practice, during check-in in every hotel, need an incidental deposit which is refundable. Kindly remind the guest(s) to bring extra for this matter. Incidental deposit may vary depending on which hotel/hotel category they will be staying. Other hotel might require cash or credit card.
