• The payment is for RUSH PASSPORT SCHEDULING ONLY.
• No assistance in DFA site during appointment day.
• Passport fees are not yet included. P950 for regular and P1,250 for rush to be paid at DFA
• Payment first is required before scheduling. No refunds if with confirmed schedule already
• Make sure to fill-up the form correctly and accurately. We will not be liable for any wrong info but information can be corrected during appointment day.
