• ✅ Airline ticket

• ✅ Vaccination card (if required by your destination country)

2. Process Your OEC or OEC Exemption
• Log in to DMW e-Registration
• Returning to the same employer/job site? → You may qualify for OEC exemption
• Changing employer or job site? → Schedule an appointment at DMW

3. Go to the Airport Early
• Be at the airport 3–4 hours before flight
• Proceed to OFW lanes at check-in counters

4. Present Documents at Immigration
• Valid passport
• Visa or residence ID
• OEC or exemption
• Proof of employment (contract or company ID)

5. Terminal Fee & Travel Tax
• OFWs are exempted
• If charged, claim refund at the Travel Tax Refund Counter (show OEC)

6. Proceed to Security & Boarding
• Complete final security check

HIGHER NAIA TERMINAL FEES START ON SEPTEMBER 14

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) is set to enforce higher Passenger Service Charges (PSC) starting September 14, 2025, marking the first increase in 20 years.

New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC) will increase the PSC from P200 to P390 for domestic flights, and from P550 to P950 for international trips.

Terminal fees are allocated to fund NAIA’s operations and facility upgrades, with 82% of the airport’s revenues remitted to the government under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement.
