The Municipality of Silago invites everyone to witness the grand celebration for a Tribute Gala tonight, July 21, 2026, at the SJAP Plaza, recognizing monumental achievements that have elevated the town's name on both global and provincial stages.

The community comes together to honor two historic milestones showcasing the brilliance, leadership, and spirit of Silagonhons:

𝑮𝒍𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒍 𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
Municipal Mayor, Hon. Lemuel Honor, for successfully representing both the Municipality of Silago and RARE Philippines at the prestigious Hamburg Sustainability Conference 2026 in Germany—bringing local initiatives and a vision for sustainable progress into the international spotlight.

𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑻𝒓𝒊𝒖𝒎𝒑𝒉:
Hon. Honey Pie Tagon, SK Federation President, for bringing home the crown as Miss Southern Leyte 2026—symbolizing the grace, intellect, and empowered leadership of the youth.

The Municipality of Silago led by Mayor Lemuel Honor extends its grandest and warmest congratulations to Ms. Honey Pie Tagon for achieving a monumental milestone as the newly crowned 𝑴𝒊𝒔𝒔 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒏 𝑳𝒆𝒚𝒕𝒆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, besting 18 other candidates during the coronation night held in line with the 66th Founding Anniversary of the Province of Southern Leyte.

This extraordinary achievement marks the first-ever Miss Southern Leyte title secured by the municipality, carving a permanent place in local pageantry history. Silagonhons across the globe are profoundly proud of her majestic and commanding performance throughout the entire competition.
Ms. Tagon perfectly exemplified the intelligence, grace, and resilience that define the modern Silagonhon.
