> Currently, our office in Silang, Cavite would not be available to accept clients but Lakbay kay Lee is now moving to a different office. We will announce in our page once it has opened.

> We are very pleased to assist all our clients and provide the services they are expecting.

> Yes, a new management will be in charge of the operation, and this time, the team will be directly involved in all aspects.

Lakbay kay Lee Travel and Tours acknowledges its lapses in getting in touch with clients affected by system failure over the past weeks and months.

The company is aware that there has also been an absence of communication between management and clients.

As we begin the month led by new management, we will make every effort to be with you while progressively resolving the issue. We will ensure that what happened in the past will not be repeated.

With limited staff, we humbly request your patience as we start approaching clients within the week. We know you have been stretching your patience since then, and we take responsibility for continued disruption of the operation. But, with this apology comes our action, hence your patience will be greatly valued and will undoubtedly be returned.

Lakbay Kay Lee Travel and Tour Incorporation, a startup travel agency that seeks to create excellent travel experiences that meet and exceed expectations, went through a couple of setbacks in recent months.

These challenges have certainly damaged the reputation of the company, and upon scrutiny, aside from the system failure, there have been substantial lapses in internal operations, which implies that catering clients also suffered during the time, compounding the scenario we are in.

With this, a new management will be in charge of the operation, and this time, the team will be directly involved in all aspects, notably dealing with clients who have been affected by the matter, in order to avoid what has happened in the past.
