* Only P300.00 Down payment per HEAD to SECURE SLOT (The P300.00 will be deducted from the total amount of fee).
*The balance will be settled on the travel date. We will collect the remaining balance before the travel starts.
*Payment method will be sent to you after we receive your final confirmation.
* NONREFUNDABLE, BUT TRANSFERABLE
* STRICTLY NO DP, NO RESERVATION.

*For joined tour reservation must be 1-month advance

The tours will depend on the weather.For travel insurance , Coverage is up to PHP 25,000 of Accidental Reimbursement Insurance and PHP 2,500 for Medical Reimbursement for accident cause . UPGRADE of insurance is available for PHP 100.00 with coverage of PHP 500,000.
This is non-refundable and cannot be rebooked.
Our clients should be responsible with their belongings and should be responsible for themselves during the tour.
Urban Escape will not be liable for any lost item, injury/death during the tour.
We assume that all our clients are physically, emotionally and mentally fit to do the tours.
***Please be advice minimum participants at least 10 pax in order to continue the tour for joiner events. Otherwise the event will be cancel ahead of time and process a full refund of the down payment or we can reschedule the event. We can also endorse you to our business partners. We will make sure we will contact you 2-1 week before the travel date if the minimum participants are not met and will ask for your option what will be the next step.
