BUSCALAN TOUR | TINGLAYAN, KALINGA

To all our valued guests, travelers, and fellow tour enthusiasts,

MRC Travel And Tour would like to inform everyone that the Municipality of Tinglayan, Kalinga has issued an official Public Safety Advisory dated September 16, 2026, advising all tourists, visitors, tour operators, guides, and other individuals to temporarily refrain from entering or proceeding to the following barangays:

📍 Tulgao East
📍 Tulgao West
📍 Loccong
📍 Ngibat
📍 Proper Butbut
📍 Bugnay
📍 Buscalan

This advisory is issued as a preventive safety measure in view of the ongoing tribal conflict involving the Tulgao and Butbut tribes.

As a tour operator, the safety and well-being of our guests remain our top priority. We sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation as we await further official advisories from the Municipality of Tinglayan and concerned authorities.

🙏 For everyone's safety, please follow the official advisory and refrain from traveling to the affected areas until further notice.
