We at 8finity and Beyond Travel and Tours (8Finity) would like to address the accusations that have been maliciously and erroneously thrown at us lately. To set the record straight, we are a legitimate business and not “scammers”. 8finity is a duly licensed travel agency that is existing and operating under the laws of the Philippines and we have not defrauded anyone.
Please understand that 8finity will not be hesitant to take legal actions against individuals who make unfounded and malicious charges against us. Our operations and refund process have been heavily affected by such slanderous postings, which have tarnished our reputation.
As a legitimate travel agency business, 8finity is committed to providing our guests with their best and most memorable travel and tour experiences. We never scammed or will we ever scam people, as we give utmost importance to every occasion, whose celebration is entrusted to us by our valued customers.
We express our sincerest apologies to our guests who have been greatly affected by tour packages that did not push through because of certain unavoidable circumstances but still continue to trust and believe in us.
Be advised that our Office is open from 10am-5pm M-F in 442 Sta Rosa Tagaytay Road Silang Cavite for guest assistance, rebooking & refund requests.
Please do not harass our employees and staff members so we can stay open to continue being productive in resolving your issues. We will continue catering refunds, especially for those guests that are not involved in social media cyber attacks that slowed down operations and refund processing. We will only prioritize processing the transactions of those who through due process. Fake & dummy accounts will not be accommodated.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we are currently receiving a surge of emails and messages, we attend to concerns in First In First Out mode.
Social Media & online segments could be in trend but 8finity relies on the real justice system of the higher court.
