House rules:
-Do not throw garbage on the grounds/alleys/windows. Segregate plastics, cans, bottles from biodegradables.
-No pets allowed.
-Minimize noise after 9PM.
-Due to pandemic sight seeing is within Balay Cassia vicinity only
-Use proper swim wear. Cotton shirts/shorts, basketball jersey are not allowed.
-Night swimming until 9PM only
-Children below 12 yrs old should have adult supervision.
-Please no plant/flowers picking. If you are interested, inform our caretaker, we have plants and seedlings provisions at a reasonable price.
