...and I just coudn't stop painting now that I've started, I know I've got to learn and develop more techniques...our new restobar is my learning school, where I have a place to practice the skills that I need to enjoy more the art of painting while I'm decorating here...I think I can now start growing old just having the leisure of painting and letting the time pass by :) :) :) enjoy my homemade fish steak, good for two with rice P190 here at St.Tropez Restobar, HFA Guest House, Sipalay City :) :) :)

BEAUTY IN THE BROKEN...this movie inspired me as I was painting this old wrecked boat that my husband bought from a friend, a seasoned boat maker in the the fisherman's village of Sipalay City, Negros Occidental...he was patiently looking for a small banca to accentuate our theme for our developing restobar as boats and ports are one of my husband's favorites and fascinations...he, having lived on a boat for two years and stayed in some of the most beautiful port cities of Saint-Tropez, France, Porto Seguro of Baia, Brazil and Noosa Head of Sunshine Coast Australia...this boat was already left out in the sun and rain to rot after having won and raced during the boat racing contest held every year here in Sipalay during town fiesta...Maestro Pedro, as my husband fondly calls him designed, built and operated this boat...he had been winning several times for the racing contest as he masterfully knows how to make and design his boat to be able to glide smoothly halfway out in the water, the spectators could almost see it flying...when you chill and dine here in our Saint-Tropez Restobar, HFA Guest House you can witness and see the skillful hands of our Sipalay's very own master boat maker...I just repainted it and made some drawings :) :) :) See you here Sipalaynon folks!!! :) :) :)
