A total of eight flights, including both arrivals and departures at Bicol International Airport (BIA), were canceled early Monday morning, January 12, 2026.

Airport Manager Roland Bocito said the cancellations were caused by adverse weather conditions and clarified that they are not linked to the ongoing activity of Mayon Volcano.

He added that affected passengers have been notified by the airlines and may either request a refund or reschedule their flights.
