Visited our G12 Artisans on their 9th day today! I love seeing their eagerness to learn , serious in their work, yet having fun. Today was their first time making Swiss roll cakes. They may be tired, but their smiles show how much they love the results of their hard work… ❤️❤️❤️

G12 Artisan started their day by cleaning the surroundings and the laboratory as part of their daily routine before beginning the lecture. In the morning, they learned about the different mixing methods and the steps in making yeast bread. In the afternoon, the class worked in groups to identify various baking tools and equipment and discuss their usesTo conclude the session, the learners demonstrated how to properly light the oven.

Started the day by cleaning the laboratory to maintain a neat and functional area. In the afternoon, 12-Artisans worked on filling out the TESDA form for documentation and compliance.
