G12 Artisan started their day by cleaning the surroundings and the laboratory as part of their daily routine before beginning the lecture. In the morning, they learned about the different mixing methods and the steps in making yeast bread. In the afternoon, the class worked in groups to identify various baking tools and equipment and discuss their usesTo conclude the session, the learners demonstrated how to properly light the oven.
