D’ Castelmonte Nature Park

D’ Castelmonte Nature Park A place where one can take a break from traveling or from a stressful life of the city. The main house offers the basic needs for daily living.

Those under budget can opt to stay in the camping area with fixed tents. During the day, one can explore the different features of the place: the view deck, the hiking trail, the grotto, the vegetable garden, and the underground cave. A coffee shop near the main road offers refreshments and all-day breakfast services to travelers and to those staying in Castelmonte Nature Park. The place is still undergoing improvements although it is now open to the public.

A week ago, we were blessed to have Fr. Glenn Milo officiate a special mass during our reunion. He shared how amazed he was by the place, saying it reminded him of San Giovannie Rotondo Shrine of Padre Pio of Italy. (corrected by Fr. Glenn😊)

After the mass, Fr. Glenn graciously blessed the place once again.

Three years ago, we had the honor of welcoming the New and Continuing Lay Ministers of San Miguel Parish from the Marilog District to Castelmonte Nature’s Park, where they held their annual gathering. A Holy Mass was celebrated in our chapel, attended by more than 30 ministers.

In two days, this place will once again be filled with life as it becomes the venue for the Andres-Maria Teves Clan family reunion. Another Holy Mass will be held here. May this gathering be peaceful, joyful, and truly meaningful for the entire family.
