Flight Adjustments During the 49th ASEAN Summit

In anticipation of increased movements at the airport due to arrival of delegates to the 49th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits in Manila on November 16–18, 2026, (PAL) advises passengers that several domestic and international flights to and from Manila between 14 and 18 November 2026 have been cancelled or rescheduled.

FLIGHT STATUS

Affected passengers will be notified directly through email and SMS. The complete list of affected flights is provided below. Passengers may also check the latest status of their flights anytime through PAL's Flight Status page at https://www.philippineairlines.com/ph/en/flight-status.html.

FLIGHT OPTIONS

Rebooking, a full refund, or conversion to a travel fund is available free of charge to all affected passengers via Manage my Booking (https://www.philippineairlines.com/ph/en/manage-booking.html).

TRAVEL REMINDERS

Passengers traveling during this period are also advised to allow extra travel time to the airport, given possible road closures and heavier security screening, and to check in online before their flight.

UPDATES AND INQUIRIES

PAL is working closely with the Civil Aeronautics Board, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, airport operators, and other agencies to keep these adjustments to a minimum. Further updates, if any, will be posted on PAL's website and official social media accounts.

CEBU PACIFIC BAGGAGE POLICY EXPLAINED ✈️🧳

Maraming nalilito sa baggage rules ng Cebu Pacific Air lalo na pagdating sa DAMI ng bag at BAGGAGE POOLING. Kaya eto ang simplified explanation:

✅ IMPORTANTENG RULES

1. Bawat pasahero puwedeng bumili ng hanggang 3 checked baggage.

Puwedeng piliin ang:
• 20kg
• 24kg
• 28kg
• 32kg

PERO…
❗Bawal na may kahit isang bag na lalagpas ng 32kg.

2. PWEDE ANG BAGGAGE POOLING ✅

Basta:
✔️ Magkakasama kayo bumiyahe
✔️ Parehong flight number
✔️ Sabay mag-check in

Ibig sabihin, puwedeng hindi pantay ang timbang ng bawat bag.

3. Make sure your handcarry bags fit the size limits. ( 56cm x 36cm x 23cm)

➡️Php 2500 ang gate baggage fee for domestic flights pag lumagpas ka sa size at weight limits ng handcarry.

🧳 HALIMBAWA #1

Ang binili mo:
✅ 1 checked baggage = 20kg

❌ Hindi puwede:

✔️ Walang kahit anong bag ang dapat lumagpas ng 32kg.
✔️ Puede mag baggage pooling kayo ng kasama mo pag pareho ang booking reference number niyo at sabay kayo nag check in.
