⚠️ ADVISORY

November 8, 2025 - In view of the ongoing monitoring of Typhoon “Uwan” (Fung-Wong) and as part of precautionary measures to ensure public safety, the Provincial Government of Kalinga, through the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) and the Provincial Tourism Office, hereby suspends all tourism-related activities across the province until further notice.

This includes river rafting, mountain climbing, spelunking, trekking, cultural village visits, and other outdoor tourism activities in all municipalities.

The suspension aims to prevent untoward incidents and to allow local authorities to conduct necessary preparedness and monitoring operations in light of the weather disturbance.

All tourism stakeholders, local guides, and visitors are advised to comply with this directive and await further advisory from the PDRRMC and DOST–PAGASA.

Public safety remains the top priority of the Provincial Government of Kalinga.
