How to get here in Buscalan via Bontoc

Time: 12-14 hours
-Arrive no more than one hour early. They allow you to board the bus once it arrives (anywhere between an hour and departure time). There is limited seating and it's outside, so we were waiting awhile.
-One bus leaves at 8pm without a CR (restroom), and one leaves at 9pm with a CR. The bus does stop a little more than midway for a restroom break and food. Definitely bring snacks and water though!
-You should arrive at Bontoc between 7am and 8am if there are no delays (we had a 2 hour delay!). Bring plenty of cash in small bills and coins for the CR. There is an ATM directly across from the bus stop, up the stairs to your left when facing away from the terminal. However, there can be a long line or it is broken/without cash.
-From the bus stop, you need to get to the Tabuk Terminal (locals helped me, lol). Facing away from the terminal, make a Left on to the main road. Keep walking and you will pass a school on your left. At the end of that block, you will make a Left up a short, steep hill. The Tabuk Terminal (very unassuming) is at the top on your Left.
-There is a 7am and 9am public jeepney that takes you to Bugnay. There is another scheduled 1pm jeepney. Thankfully, even though we missed the early one, we found others on the bus going to Whang-od and procured a private jeepney.
Cost: 200-350php
Time: 1-1.5 hours
-If possible, ask the driver to drop you off at the second checkpoint.
-At the checkpoint, you will register with the guard. You wait there for an available motorbike to take you the rest of the way.
Cost: 150php
Time: 10-15 min
-You will meet your guide at the final checkpoint. You will register again.
