Sharing with you guys for those who are asking on how to get the international vaccination card (Yellow Card). Here are the step by step procedures. As early as now for those who are planning to travel/ kukuha ng visa try to secure na. Sooner or later baka mandatory na po ito.

1. Click the link https://icv.boq.ph/
2. Choose your preferred location and schedule ( vaccine for covid). Mabilis maubos ang slot.
3. For mode of payment ( choices are bank transfer, gcash, over the counter etc. ) I choose gcash.
4. Once you made a reservation. You'll receive a confirmation message to complete your transaction. With a reference number. It costs Php370.00.
5. Once paid there's an auto generated text confirming that your payment was successful.
6. You can also check na rin po sa website if successfully booked.

Tip: Bring your Passport ( Photo/ Photocopy) and Vaccination card.
