ABOUT MOON HOUSE:

THE SPACE:
> The unit has 1 bedroom, 1 T&B with spacious living and dining area. You can enjoy the Tagaytay breeze by relaxing in the balcony area with city and mountain view.
> The bedroom has 1 queen size bed with a double size pull out bed good for 4 pax.
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 1 person.
> Air conditioning units in bedroom and living area. Stand fan is provided in the living area.
> UV air cleaner/filtration system in the living room
> 55" HD smart TV. Currently, WiFi service is still spotty but we're working on it so if you can't live without Netflix, MoonHouse may not be for you :-(
Meanwhile, you can take this opportunity to disconnect from the online world and connect with loved ones and family on a more personal level.:-)
> Electric stove and cooking utensils are provided for LIGHT COOKING only. Please be reminded that too much smoke can trigger the very sensitive fire alarm system. Should it happen, property management will impose a PENALTY and will be shouldered by the guest. A range hood is installed to help with ventilation during cooking.
> Refrigerator. If you will not store any perishables, please don't plug it in anymore. Save electricity. Save Mother Earth.
> Shower with heater
> Toilet with bidet
> Washing machine is not available for use by guests.

Moon House is a 1-bedroom condominium unit with balcony located in Tagaytay City. Situated strategically within the city center, the apartment is accessible to just about everything you will need to make your vacation a comfortable one.

RATE:
* PhP 2800 per night (as base rate) for 2 pax; can accommodate up to 5 pax with PhP 650.00 per extra head
* PhP 250-350 cleaning fee depending on the duration of stay
* PhP 350 overnight parking fee within the building, subject to availability. If slots are taken, you may opt to park within the mall just across the building for approximately the same price.
