Story time. 🙂
This morning after our guest checked out, our caretaker asked us, may new guest po ba for today? I answered, wala pa eh, pinagdadasal ko pa, baka mamaya. 😅
Then this afternoon, we received an inquiry from a potential guest who was already in the building. Apparently she and her friend have already booked another BnB there. She said the unit they’ve booked was very dirty — “napakarumi” was her exact description 😕, and wanted to find another place stay in. Our caretaker told me later on that the guest described the unit as “madaming lumot”. Maybe it was the bathroom door mat she sent us a photo of.
Fortunately it seems that she found our old conversation in messenger (we’ve previously communicated with her to send her our rates), and she has reached out to us to inquire if we were still available for the day. As we were still open, we were more than happy to accommodate her and her friend! We offered to show her our unit before she booked so she can check first if she finds it clean and to her liking.
Barely a minute after she checked the unit out, she sent us a message asking for our Gcash details. 🥰 To be sure that she was pushing through with the
booking, we asked her, “Ok naman po yung unit, maam?”. To which she replied, “yes po, okay na ok po”. 💚
These things put a smile on our faces! We love serving our guests, and we get giddy everytime we get positive feedback!
Galing ni Lord, no? Kakasabi ko pa lang na pinagdadasal ko pa, His provision came agad just a few hours after. Everything is grace. 🙏
