Travel Requirements to Butuan
For guests flying to Butuan, please accomplish the travel requirements:
The City of Butuan requires arriving guests to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:
Negative COVID-19 test results, taken within five (5) days before the flight. The test may either be a rapid antibody test or RT-PCR (swab) test

For guests flying to Davao, please accomplish the travel requirements:
The City of Davao requires Davao-bound guests to comply with the following requirements:
For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR):
Company ID
Certificate of Employment / Acknowledgement of Principal for Labor/Service (for those without the employee-employer relationship)
Company Travel Order
Confirmed Hotel Accommodation
Roundtrip Ticket (unless resident of Davao City)
Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result, conducted within forty-eight (48) hours before flight departure or test upon arrival
Certification of Travel to access health service (if travelling for medical reasons)
Confirmation from destination LGU of pick-up vehicle or transportation arrangements (if bound for another city/municipality/LGU)
For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI) and Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):
Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result, conducted within forty-eight (48) hours before flight departure or test upon arrival
14-day home quarantine
All Davao-bound guests are required to submit a filled up Health Declaration Form. Please make sure that registration is completed to get the QR code. All passengers must present this QR code before being allowed to exit the Davao International Airport.

For guests flying to Pagadian, please accomplish the following travel requirements:
The Province of Zamboanga del Sur requires guests traveling to Pagadian to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight.
For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI):
Travel Authority from JTF CV SHIELD (PNP)
Medical Certificate issued within seven (7) days before flight
Proof of Residence or Acceptance from the City/Municipal Government or Provincial Government
Negative Antigen or Antibody RDT result from a government-accredited hospital or laboratory, issued within seven (7) days before flight (except for APOR leaving and entering within 48 hours)
EXIT-ENTRY Authorization Pass from PDRRMO (if leaving and entering Zamboanga del Sur within 48 hours and if non-residents)
For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR):
Company ID or Certificate of Employment
Travel Order issued and signed by head of office
Medical Certificate issued by the City/Municipal Health Office or government-accredited hospitals within seven (7) days from travel
For Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):
Travel Authority issued by the JTF CV SHIELD (PNP)
Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result
Quarantine Certification issued by DOH-Bureau of Quarantine
Certificate of Acceptance or Proof of Residency issued by the City/Municipal Government
