Lady Buddha in Da Nang (Vietnam) โ known locally as Lady Buddha โ is one of the most iconic landmarks and spiritual sites in central Da Nang City, Vietnam.

Lady Buddha is a huge white statue of the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara (Quan รm) โ the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy, compassion and protection. Itโs often called Lady Buddha by visitors, though the proper Buddhist term refers to her as a Bodhisattva.

The statue is part of Linh Ung Pagoda on Son Tra Peninsula in Da Nang, Vietnam โ about 9โ10 km northeast of Da Nang city centre.

Height: ~67 meters (about as tall as a 30-story building) โ the tallest Buddha statue in Vietnam.
Base: Sits on a lotus-shaped pedestal ~35 m wide.
