Ang dami good reviews, so sige try natin dahil ito naman ay non-acidic kaya pwedeng pwede sa acidic girlies like me.

Ang tagal ko na hindi nagte-take ng vitamin-c etc, kaya siguro madalas ako inaatake agad agad ng rhinitis ko. Last take ko ata ng supplement eh bago ako mabuntis kay pio pero hindi vitamin c, vitamin E yun na pinartner ko sa folic.

Ngayon, magbabalik loob na ako. Since nagte-take din ako probiotics from pureform sa umaga before meal, eto naman sa gabi after meal. Safe naman at okay. (Nag babarley din ako)

Iwas haggard na mukha at mas boosted ang immune system ang habol ko dito. Parang ang hirap iasa lahat sa skincare, dami ko din tinatry pero minsan di nahihiyang. Ang ganda pa naman ng effect sakin ng probiotics, sana eto din!
