It is with deepest sorrow that former President Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Aquino III died early this morning today.

Then President Aquino on May 7, 2013, signed Presidential Proclamation No. 574 "Declaring the Third Monday of June of every year as the National Tour Guides Day".

We express our gratitude to President Noynoy for "recognizing the sector's contribution in the development, promotion and sustainability of tourism in the Philippines" through the celebration and for championing the tour guides contribution by declaring that "tour guides play a very significant role in tourism, as they promote, market and advocate the Philippines as a tourism destination, creating a favorable image of the country and contributing an enriching Philippine experience for l

4. Accreditation Fee are still waived
