BOHOL UNDER COMMUNITY QUARANTINE

The Provincial Government of Bohol announced Friday, March 13, 2020 that they will no longer accept visitors from outside the Bohol Island Province starting Monday (March 16, 2020) until Friday (March 20, 2020). This community quarantine is part of the preventive measures of the province against .

“It’s not a lock down, because food is allowed to come in, medicine is allowed to come in, people can leave, deliveries will continue to take place. So, it is not a lock down. People are not confined to their homes. People are allowed out of their homes. They are still allowed to go to church or market or hospital,” Bohol Governor Arthur Yap said.

Here are some facts about the new radio station:
1. Landmark Radio is Bohol's first Gospel Radio Station
2. It is also the first fully-digital radio station in the province and operates 24/7
3. Based in Purok 1, Totolan, Dauis, it is the first and only radio station operating in the town
4. Landmark Radio is a ministry of Bible Baptist Church, led by Pastor Richard C. Famador, DMin., DD. It is non-profit, non-commercial, and is fully-supported and funded by its church members, sponsors and volunteers
5. Despite being new, it already has a lot of audience reaching most of Bohol, southern Cebu, some parts of Dumaguete and Northern Mindanao. It is also available via online streaming through their official website: www.baptistbohol.org
