Terms and Conditions
Witnesseth:
The company rents out to the renter the vehicle subject to all terms and conditions stipulated herein and the renter acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Requirements
The renter should present or d
eposit any one or more of the requirements that are stated below to the owner- Engr. Alcover.(requirements may differ with local and foreign tourists.)
• Valid passport
• Latest proof of billing (original copy) such as Electricity Bill, PLDT, Credit cards, and etc.
• Valid ID’s with photo such as SSS, PRC, TIN, Driver’s license, Company ID, and etc
• Filled out Promissory Note (provided by the company)
2. Payment
• Terms of Payment is through Cash on Delivery;
• Payment must be in the form of Cash or Bank Deposit only;
• Any fines or extra fees charged to the renter shall be paid upon return of the vehicle;
• A down payment may or may not be required by the owner to the renter;
• A cash deposit for probable loss or damage to the vehicle may or may not required by the owner.
3. Self drive Terms
The duration of your rental starts and finishes according to the pick-up and drop-off dates and times detailed on the promissory notes. The price of the rental will be confirmed at time of booking and is calculated on the basis of 24-hours units.
• That the rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for hire;
• That the rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers other than in the interior or cab of the vehicle.
• That the rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers in excess of the capacity thereof;
• Not to use the vehicle to push, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other thing without the written permission of the owner;
• Not to use the vehicle for any race or competition;
• Not to use the vehicle for any illegal purposes;
• Not to permit the vehicle to be operated by any other person without the written permission of the owner;
• Not to permit the vehicle to be operated by incapable or incapacitated persons
• Not to carry passengers, property or materials in excess of the rated weight carrying capacity of the vehicle;
• Not to transport the vehicle outside of Bohol.
4. Renters Liability
• The renter should pay the exact amount charged by the owner.
• The Vehicle must be returned by the renter in time of the agreement, the owner may charge 10% of the daily rate for every hour in excess of the rental period agreed upon.
• The vehicle rented out must be in good running condition and in the manner when it was borrowed.
• In case of loss or damage incurred to the car and impound, the renter is liable to pay the owner of the company the cost of damage less insurance claimed.
• Gasoline, parking, towing charges, vulcanizing expense and toll fees are for renter’s account.
• The renter must return the rental car with same quantity of gas as indicated on the voucher. Our company will charge any fuel deficiency as its prevailing rate to the renter. However there will be no refund for excess gas. Please check the fuel gauge when you pick up your car.

5. Car Rent with Driver(Tour) Terms
• Driver’s fee of Php500/8 hours
• Fuel may or may not be charged to the renter depending on the route of the tour.
• Excess hour shall be charged Php 200.00 to the renter
• Food and lodging must be provided to the driver (if rented overnight).
