Additional Flight Cancellations in the Aftermath of Super Typhoon Odette

As of 7:00PM, December 22, 2021

The Mactan Cebu International Airport has resumed operations but still caters to limited domestic flights. Given the operational limitations in the aftermath of Super Typhoon Odette (Rai), Cebu Pacific has canceled the following flights from December 24 to 31, 2021.


5J 559 / 5J 560 Manila – Cebu - Manila

5J 561 / 5J 562 Manila – Cebu – Manila

5J 563 / 5J 564 Manila – Cebu – Manila

5J 565 / 5J 566 Manila – Cebu – Manila

5J 567 / 5J 568 Manila – Cebu – Manila

5J 575 / 5J 576 Manila – Cebu – Manila

5J 581 / 5J 582 Manila – Cebu – Manila

5J 583 Manila – Cebu (except Dec. 31, 2021)

5J 584 Cebu – Manila (except Dec. 24, 2021)

Affected passengers are being informed via contact details provided in the booking. They may select their preferred option (rebook, travel fund, or refund) through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) until 30 days from date of departure.


Other domestic flights in and out of Cebu will still operate as scheduled, however CEB is also offering flexible options (rebook or travel fund) to those who wish to voluntarily postpone their trips until December 31, 2021.They may conveniently cancel up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure and select their preferred option through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website.

Travel Guidelines for Fully-Vaccinated Passengers
As of August 4, 2021; 5PM

Cebu Pacific assures compliance with the health protocols set by the government for domestic travel.

As of today, there are ten (10) domestic destinations in Cebu Pacific network that accept vaccination cards as a travel requirement in lieu of an RT-PCR test results, which are:
• Butuan
• Cauayan City of Isabela province
• Cotabato
• Dipolog
• Dumaguete
• Guimaras Island (via Iloilo)
• San Jose
• Tacloban
• Tuguegarao
• Virac

A passenger is considered fully-vaccinated at least 14 days after having received the second dose in a two-dose series, or at least 14 days after having received a single-dose vaccine.
