Our charming brand new 2-BR condo unit is simple yet very relaxing, with amazing front amenities view from the balcony & 25mbps high speed WIFI connection.
Experience the warmth and relaxation that enchants the senses, through a chic and classic urban retreat. It is strategically located in Ivorywood Acacia Estate, Taguig City. The entire unit can accommodate 4 up 6 guests. 4 guests are P3500 on weekdays P4000 in weekend, additional person is P1k per head for extra bed. One time cleaning fee of Php1500. Minimum of 2 nights.
An ideal base to explore nearby places such as Bonifacio Global City (BGC), McKinley Hills, Makati & the Airport terminals.

Guests have the option to request for their breakfast with additional fee of Php250.00 per person to pay at the property.

Room 2 – Double/Full Size Bed, Aircon, Wardrobe and Fresh Linens.
Bathroom - Shower Enclosure, Water Heater, Rain Shower, Mirror and Glass Shelves with Essential Toiletries, First Aid Kit and Towels.
Dining - Table with 4 chairs
Living - L shape sofa, LG Smart 49” LCD TV with TV plus for local channels and accent table.
Kitchen - Complete kitchen utensils, cooking ware, Sharp 2 door fridge, Induction cooker, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle,, and water dispenser.
Guests may access the whole condo unit and use the following amenities:
Swimming pool, jogging path, basketball court, clubhouse, playground, picnic area, grilling area, gazebo and cabana. Gym with extra charge to pay directly to PMO office.
1. No parking included on property. However, we can arrange one (1) parking slot inside the building with minimal charge (to pay directly to the parking owner). In addition, Ivorywood premises has also 24-hour paid parking for guests/visitors, and in Savemore located beside our building.
2. Only registered guests are permitted to enter the premises. No visitors without permission. Please inform the host in advance if any. Guests are required to provide a list of names once booking is confirmed.
3. Excessive noise at any time should be avoided. Guests will be liable to pay any management penalties caused due to their violations or complaints from other residents.
4. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
5. The swimming pool is for schedule only. For safety reason due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
