The spinach dip is made out of fresh spinach, sauteed in extra virgin olive oil, blended with three kinds of cheese. The chicken liver pate has been slowly simmered in wine and seasoned with freshly ground pepper and sea salt. For the holidays we also offer a special Christmas package with a colored ramiken with melba toast. We are accepting orders for Christmas and Corporate giveaways.
