- For solo travelers(including children who need a bed) from agents, we will arrange for them to share a double room with other individual group member. If they do not wish to do so, they will incur a single supplement charge .

- The schedule or menu meals can be changed by the local situation.

- If the passengers from agents (including children with bed) have single, we will arranged pax to share a room with other guests. If they do not accept it, they will need to pay the Single Supplement.

o Onsite submission via QR code at the airport is available, but not recommended

o Early submission ensures a faster and smoother arrival process

o Passport (same passport used for LOA application)

o Printed Letter of Approval (LOA)

o Two (2) pcs 2x2 photo with white background

- Visa Fee & Processing:

o Visa Fee: USD 40 per passenger

o Regular Processing: 7 weekdays before departure

o Expedited Processing: 2–5 weekdays before departure (+USD 30 surcharge)

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞:

- Visa processing closes one (1) day before departure. No applications will be accepted beyond this period.

𝐔𝐩𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦:

- Passengers must look for the Immigration Officer holding their name before Immigration clearance, submit the required documents, complete visa stamping (approximately 5–10 minutes), then proceed to Immigration, baggage claim, and meet the tour guide at the exit.
