The City Government of Tagum under its new administration strives for social responsibility to have a positive impact on development and in society with a positive contribution to bottom-line results. In line with its thrusts and development, the City Tourism Office as the spearheading office together with other offices in the local government unit of Tagum creates an avenue where not only to prom

ote tourism but also organizes events that would help uplift the level of awareness in providing shared-responsibility to the constituents of Tagum. It does not only call for wide participation among Tagumenyos within the vicinity of the locality but transcends time and boundaries. Thus, the BALIKBAYAN : TAGUMENYO BISA’G ASA project is conceived.
