We're proud of you!!!

Manila, Philippines. 8th August 2021 – The World Cosplay Summit PH representative Team Namikaze comprised of Jin J. Jameson and AC Hernandez wins the Brother Award today August 8, 2021 in the recently concluded online event, the World Cosplay Summit 世界コスプレサミット Video Championships 2021.

Cosplaying as Uzumaki Naruto (Jin) and Jiraiya (Hernandez) from the hit anime series Naruto, the duo got the special award which is given to the team with the Best Costume and sponsored by sewing machine manufacturer Brother.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s edition of the anticipated annual international cosplay competition traditionally held in Nagoya, Japan was done through video skits submitted by 30 participating competing countries and 1 observer country.

The WCS 2021 Video Championship grand winner is Team Germany.

World Cosplay Summit Philippines would like to congratulate our Philippines Representatives for winning the Brother Special Award. We would also like to extend our congratulations to all the other participating and winning countries!

Come and meet our WCS PH 2021 Video Champions!

This coming July 31, 2021 - Saturday, at 7pm World Cosplay Summit Philippines will be having a press conference to present the Team Namikaze in this year's World Cosplay Summit Video Championship.

The Press Conference will be live streamed on Facebook and will be moderated by Sir Red Mendoza and Ms. Peewee Rey

The WCS Philippine Committee will be present to take and facilitate questions.

World Cosplay Summit and The Nippon Foundation brings you the Cosplay de UMIGOMIZero Awards Project!

aims to recruit cosplayers all over the world to initiate and conduct activities that promotes fighting against marine litter and preserving this biodiversity!

There are 2 categories in this project - and .

allows individual or group applications and involves initiating and conducting activities that promotes the project's objectives! Applicants are to submit pictures of the activities conducted. This category has a 1 Million Yen(approximately 10,000 USD or 500,000 PHP) Grand Prize!

allows for an individual application and involves the creation of costumes from re-used materials promoting the reduction of marine litter and following the (reduce, re-use, recycle). This category has a 200,000 Yen(approximately 2,000USD or 100,000 PHP).

at its finest! Applications are now open for everyone to participate in!

Deadline of application period is on March 31, 2020!
