As of January 13, 2022 under IATF-EID Resolution No. 157-E. Foreign nationals from RED LIST countries are now ALLOWED in the Philippines.

Quarantine Protocols still applies for ALL ARRIVING PASSENGERS according to Vaccination Status and Country of Origin.
