Cebu Pacific’s One hand carry baggage allowed except add on of bag for your laptop, food that can’t be check in or a small bag that can fit under the seat.

To avoid additional fines at the boarding gate, make sure your one hand carry doesn’t exceed the 7kg weight limit.

Charge fees for domestic is PHP 1,000 pesos per bag.

Meanwhile, ALL AirAsia INTERNATIONAL flights to and from Manila will still operate out of Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3.
