HOUSE RULES.....
* Early Check In Shall be allowed, It depends on the availability of the house.
* Extension hours is allowed when the transient house will NOT BE USED by incoming Guests but, with corresponding hourly rate.
* *CHECK OUT:
*Be sure the Home is NEAT & TIDY,
Please TURN OFF LIGHTS, FAUCETS, & other household appliances & Gas Tank
*You can cook but, clean as you go policy.
* CLEANING FEE: P300 for leaving the room/Unit dirty & dishwashing plates. As long as you don't have time also.
*. SMOKING:
Smoking and drinking liqour inside the house is strictly prohibited.
Smoking and drinking is only allowed at the Garage /Griller area.
* PETS:
Pets are not allowed inside the house,only in garage or drinking area will be used for pets, Please take care of their wastes too, wear DIAPERS AT ALL TIMES.
4. VISITORS:
NO Visitors are Allowed to enter premises,for the safety and privacy policy of our guests.
5. NOISE:
Guest are responsible for their noise levels. levels of noise must be kept, to a level that will not disturb neighbors.
6. LIABILITY:
Owner/Administrator is not liable for your personal injuries or stolen items for the duration of your stay.Be responsible of your personal effects
7. WASTES:
Please make sure the disposal of wastes are stowed at the proper area, And please segragate waste biodegradable and non biodegradable.bins are provided in the entire house with label.

**We have AIRCON inside the bedroom and ELECTRIC FAN to be use but Pls don't forget to turn it off after using most especially if wala ng tao sa loob ng bedroom.Dont forget to bring your jacket it's really cold here!!!
**PARKING: you can park inside 1-2 Car capacity.
MOTORCYCLE- can park inside the house.
