Estimated duration: 15 to 30 minutes.

This activity is part of ongoing emergency maintenance work on the terminal’s main transformers to ensure the continued safety and reliability of our electrical systems.

Emergency lights and critical systems will remain operational, and normal terminal operations will continue as usual.

Cancelled Flights Due to Severe Tropical Storm Fung-Wong
As of November 7, 2025; 5:30 PM

Severe Tropical Storm Fung-Wong is forecast to impact several parts of the country, bringing heavy rainfall and strong winds.

Following the latest public advisories issued by PAGASA on Severe Tropical Storm Fung-Wong, we anticipate disruptions to our flight operations at several airports in the coming days. We remain in close coordination with airport authorities and ground handling partners to ensure passenger and colleague safety.

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

CEB strongly advises its passengers not to proceed to the airport unless they have confirmed bookings for flights which are currently still planned to operate.

To help manage these disruptions, CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and Travel Fund conversion, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations:

Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.

Cancelled flights due to Typhoon

CANCELLED FLIGHTS DUE TO

Typhoon is expected to unleash intense to torrential rains, powerful winds, and wide spread coastal flooding nationwide, local air carriers Philippine Airlines (PR), Cebu Pacific (5J), and Cebgo (DG) cancelled some 25 domestic flights for Sunday, November 9, 2025 and 24 domestic flights for Monday November 10, 2025.

The routes affected are from Manila to Cauayan, Tuguegarao, Virac, Cebu, Masbate, Naga, Calbayog, Clark, and Catarman and its turn-around flights.

The cancellations were made to ensure passenger safety amid strong winds and heavy rains.

The airlines said that affected passengers may choose free rebooking within 30 days, travel fund conversion, or a full refund through their respective websites.

They also advised passengers not to proceed to the airport unless your flight are confirmed to operate. | via Rudy Santos
