Good news for Filipino travelers planning trips to Taiwan.

TAIWAN EXTENDS VISA-FREE ENTRY FOR FILIPINOS UNTIL 2026

Taiwan has extended its visa-free entry program for Filipino travelers until July 31, 2026, allowing Filipinos to stay in the country for up to 14 days without a visa.

Travelers are still required to present a valid passport, return or onward ticket, and must not have any criminal record. The visa-free program, first launched in 2017, is part of Taiwan’s efforts to strengthen ties with Southeast Asia and boost tourism.

Thailand and Brunei were also included in the extension.
