UPDATES FOR LEVEL 3 ALERT STATUS TRAVEL (S-PASS) REQUIREMENTS for February 1 - 15, 2022
As per E.O. No. 22-03, Series of 2022, issued by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental issued on January 31, 2022, the following requirements are:
APPROVED S-PASS Travel Coordination Permit with the following attachments:
1. NON-REACTIVE Rapid Antigen Test Results PRIOR TO TRAVEL
*Validity of 48 hrs upon arrival in Negros Occidental
*Must have verifiable result certificates and must be taken from any DOH-accredited laboratories.. regardless of vaccination status and ages FOR ALL TRAVELLERS ENTERING NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
2. Valid ID
3. Additional requirements
FOR RETURNING RESIDENTS:
a. Coordinate with your Destination Barangay in Silay City
FOR APORS (Govt. or Non-Govt.)
a. Company/Agency ID
b. Travel/Mission/Job Order for APORs
c. For Gov't. APOR, NO RAT REQUIRED as per IATF Res. No. 98-A
FOR EMERGENCY TRAVELERS:
a. Proof of Emergency i.e. medical certificate, death certificate etc.
b. Other necessary proof (optional)
FOR TOURISTS/VISITORS
a. Copy of confirmed booking/ accommodations with an eatablishment in Silay City for coordination
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
1. Create/Register an account at S-PASS (www.s-pass.ph)
2. Apply for Travel Coordination Permit (TCP)
3. Attach your requirements (as stated above)
4. Submit your TCP application.
5. COORDINATE WITH YOUR BARANGAY
NO COORDINATION, NO APPROVAL.

ALL TRAVELERS ARE ADVISED TO COORDINATE AHEAD (2-3 DAYS BEFORE TRAVEL) TO AVOID INCONVENIENCE.
All travelers are being verified with your respective barangays before your S-PASS is approved.
NON-COMPLIANT/UNCOORDINATED APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to board their respective vessels nor enter the borders.
