A 50% downpayment is required to confirm the reservation. Payment methods include:

2. Downpayment Terms:
All downpayments are non-refundable, as they help cover preparation costs and potential income loss from cancelled bookings.
3. Rescheduling Requests:
Guests may request to reschedule if the request is made at least 3 weeks before the scheduled check-in date. For requests made less than 3 weeks before check-in, a ₱2,000 rebooking fee per day will apply. This is to help cover the operational costs already incurred in preparation for your stay, as well as the potential income loss from turning away other interested guests due to your reserved dates. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
4. Force Majeure Policy:
Rebooking is allowed for natural disasters such as extreme typhoons, floods, or volcanic eruptions. No rescheduling fee will be charged in these situations.
5. No-Show or Default:
Failure to arrive on the reserved date without prior notice will result in automatic forfeiture of the downpayment.
6. Balance Payment:
The remaining balance must be settled via bank transfer or direct payment to the caretaker upon check-in.
7. Check-in and Check-out Policy:
Overnight Stay:
Check-in is at 7:00 PM, and check-out is at 4:00 PM the next day (21 hours stay). Day Tour:
Check-in starts at 8:00 AM, and check-out is at 4:00 PM (8 hours stay). Night Tour:
Check-in is at 7:00 PM, and check-out is at 6:00 AM the next day (11 hours stay). If guests arrive early and the caretaker is still preparing the space, you may relax at the resort garage, where some artworks are displayed for your enjoyment. Once the caretaker has finished cleaning the resort, guests may proceed with check-in. Please note that even if cleaning is completed ahead of schedule, only a 15-minute early check-in is allowed without extra charges. For arrivals earlier than this grace period, the check-out time will be adjusted one hour earlier. If guests wish to maintain their original check-out time despite arriving early, an additional hourly charge will apply (please inquire for the rate). We request guests to please check out on time so that our caretakers have ample time to clean the resort for the next guests. However, if there are no guests scheduled after you, you may check out at ease. Please note that if you delay check-out by 30 minutes, an additional hourly charge will apply. Guests may use the general bathroom while waiting; however, please refrain from entering beyond the general bathroom of the resort while cleaning is ongoing. Unauthorized access beyond the bathroom may result in a ₱500 penalty. This is to help our caretaker maintain cleanliness and order before your check-in.
8. Proper Use of Facilities:
Guests are expected to use the facilities responsibly. Any improper use resulting in damage will be charged accordingly.
9. Compliance with Laws:
Serene Cove Private Resort shall not be held liable or responsible for any violations of the law committed by guests during their stay.
10. Liability Disclaimer:
The resort will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or untoward incidents that occur during the guest’s stay.
11. Loss of Personal Belongings:
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. When checking out, please take a moment to carefully check for any left items. The resort will not be held liable for lost or misplaced items. However, if something is found to be missing after check-out, you may contact the caretaker or message us on Facebook. We will do our best to assist and inform you if the item is recovered. If not found, the resort will not be liable.
12. Damages to Property:
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to resort property. Charges will apply based on the damage cost assessed by the caretaker during check-out.
13. Security Deposit:
A ₱5,000 security deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit serves as coverage for any damages to resort property. During check-out, the caretaker will inspect the premises. If no damages are found, the deposit will be fully refunded. If damages are present, the corresponding costs will be deducted from the deposit.
14. Guest Capacity Limit:
The resort can accommodate up to 40 guests maximum sleeping capacity. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to excess guests.
15. Ocular Visits:
Ocular visits may or may not require an appointment. However, please note that viewings inside the resort are not allowed if the resort is occupied.
16. Pet-Friendly Policy:
The resort warmly welcomes pets. A ₱500 fee applies per pet. Please note that pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. Non-compliance will result in a ₱2,500 penalty. We kindly ask pet owners to supervise their pets at all times to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for everyone.
17. Smoking Policy:
For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms, living room, and any non-designated areas of the resort. Designated smoking area are provided at the garage, complete with ashtrays for your convenience. Please be advised that violating this policy will result in the forfeiture of the ₱5,000 security deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
