All runners are required to bring the mandatory gears on race day. These are essential for your safety, protection, and overall race readiness on the trails.

📋 Medical Certificate Reminder:
For all 30KM runners & 16KM(60yrs old and above) runners, a medical certificate is strictly required.

❌ No online medical certificates with e-signatures
✔️ Certificate must be signed in pen by your attending physician

No valid medical certificate = no race entry.

Your safety is our top priority, and these requirements are strictly implemented to ensure a safe and successful event for everyone.
