CAAP reports flight disruptions due to habagat

Pasay City – The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) reports several flight disruptions as of 5:00 AM today, July 23, 2025, due to adverse weather conditions brought about by the southwest monsoon or habagat.

A total of 50 flights have been cancelled by various airlines.
